Shipping & Packaging FAQ
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
Delivery usually takes 1–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and delivery method selected.
Which couriers do you use?
For now we ship using PAXI, Locker (Previously PUDO) and we also have an local pickup option. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within South Africa only. If you are located outside of South Africa, please contact us at sales@doolaicreations.co.za to discuss possible international shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, or communication depending on the shipping method.

Local pickup
Shipping with Paxi to your nearest Pep Store
You have an option to send your order with Paxi to any Pep Store country-wide. This takes 7 to 10 days and you will need to collect your parcel from your Pep Store.
Please supply us with your nearest Pep Store branch and your cellphone number for this option.
Once your order has been completed, we will process your order and dispatch your order. You will then receive a Paxi PIN number and a notification that your order is ready for collection. You will have 14 days to collect your order from your selected PAXI Collection point.
PUDO is a smart locker delivery system, When your package arrives at your specified PUDO locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either one of these at the PUDO locker to make your collection. Click here to find a PUDO locker closest to you!
- Please make sure to select the closest Pudo locker to your location.
- It is your responsibility to collect the products on time from the Pudo Locker. Please note that parcels are only kept at a locker for a specific time. Failing to pick up the parcel will result in the parcel being returned to us.
- It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct locker information in the address fields.
- If you select our easy Pudo Locker option but provide us with a street address, we may need to charge you the difference in delivery fee.
You can place you oder online and collect it our stand at Prison Break market in Shed 3: Crafters Shed. Pay online or pay upon collection.
